Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.

A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due six weeks before departure unless the booking is made within six weeks of departure in which case the full amount is due. A refunable security deposit of £100 is also payable to cover breakages or damage. Finally 50 euros is payable to the key holder locally for cleaning costs.
